Frightlings – WordPress eCommerce Website
We built this WordPress ecommerce website for Frightlings; an independent jewellery business who specialise in amazing, creative ‘gothic’ type jewellery and accessories. Frightlings retail store is based in Elsecar Heritage Centre, Barnsley.
Why Frightlings approached us for a new website…
The team at Frightlings approached Go Web to initially take over their dated Magento ecommerce site, which had been built in 2012 but hadn’t been maintained. Their current website wasn’t mobile friendly and was lacking in security due to running an outdated version of Magento.
What we did…
We spoke to Frightlings about two options. The first was to bring their Magento site up to date. The second option was to rebuild the website using WordPress. They opted for the second option, as the benefits of easier editing, easier maintenance and more flexibility appealed to them.
We set about rebuilding the website in WordPress and trained the team to use the CMS. The site is now live, with a brand new look, and the client is delighted with the outcome. Check it out for yourself…
