I just wanted to provide an update as to what we at Go Web are doing to not only help our clients survive through the Coronavirus pandemic, but also to help the local community.

Helping Businesses Through Coronavirus

I have been communicating with our clients on a daily basis to help them in any way I can. My clients include many small businesses such as bars, restaurants, shops, garages and many more. The majority of my clients have had to close for the forseeable future.

To help, I have made myself available 24/7 if needed, to post updates on websites, close down sites temporarily, or, in some cases, make changes to websites in order to drive more online business.

These are difficult times, so even if you aren’t a Go Web client, please get in touch if you need ANY help with your website, emails, email marketing and so on.

I have also been emailing clients with ideas to help them recover their businesses. You can read my article here.

Helping My Community

One of my clients is a fruit and vegetable supplier based in Wombwell. They have never had a website before, but we have helped them with marketing in other ways. They themselves have lost a huge amount of business, as many of the cafés, bars and restaurants they supply have closed. However, they’ve seen a surge in demand for food box deliveries from individuals, namely the elderly, who are self-isolating.

To help with this, I created a free-of-charge basic ecommerce website where the vulnerable can go online and order food deliveries. I did this yesterday, at very short notice, and it is up and running now. I am continuing to work with them to ensure the operation runs smoothly so that vulnerable local people get the fresh supplies that they need during this time.

Once again, I am on hand to help other businesses where possible, whether you’re an existing client or not.

Please call me personally on 07792 406 356 if you need me.
